Intellectual Property:

Our digital products, encompassing brand guides, content strategy sessions, social media management packages, and other offerings, are safeguarded by intellectual property laws and are the sole possession of GirlFriday Business Solutions, LLC or its licensors. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these products for personal or business use as outlined in this Agreement.

For the Quickstart Bundle, which comprises templates, you have the liberty to modify and employ the templates to suit your needs. However, you are restricted from reselling or redistributing the original or modified templates to others.

In the case of all other products, you are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, or transmitting any of the materials, except under the following circumstances:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing

No Refunds Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital products or services. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order before making a purchase.

No Guarantees of ROI:

We do not claim to be a marketing firm and do not promise any return on investment (ROI) from the use of our products or services. Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Social Media Packages:

If you purchase one of our social media packages, you agree to a minimum of three months of service which will be auto-billed monthly. If you terminate the service before the completion of the three-month agreement, you will be charged a $300 early termination fee. This fee accounts for the work performed in advance for the upcoming months.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our products, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use our products at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our products and destroy any copies you may have.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of our products after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GirlFriday Business Solutions, LLC regarding the use of our products & services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
